Getting AI: not responding

In the middle of Deepstack update my computer did a system update reboot. Since then I have not been able to get deepstack to work. I have done a repair of application. I did a complete uninstall of the software and a new install. Nothing seems to correct my issue. I am getting alerts but they all come back with AI: not responding.

I have gone into the AI and made sure it is started. I can’t get the AI control panel to open. I am fairly knowledgeable on technical items but for some reason Blue Iris and it’s components are more confusing than I like. Any help with be greatly appreciated and thanks ahead of time for your patience and help.
